We had a lovely time at Madelina! Very dog friendly with treats for dogs at the counter. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was well prepared and big portions, definitely don’t skip the smoothies they were fab!!
Tried the halloumi focaccia and although the price is a bit steep it was well filled and all ingredients were tasty. It was delicious and I look forward to trying the other options. My only preference would be to serve the mayo on the side and/ or offer a choice of having some olive oil drizzled on the bread instead of the mayo.
Wonderful cafe cum wine bar in Brixton. Just round the corner from very busy Clapham old town, this lovely spot is perfect for coffee but also their wine nights on Fridays from 6pm are delightful for a snack or full on cheeseboard set up. Delightful staff highly recommend if you’re in the area
This is one of my favourite brunch spots in London. The breakfasts are delicious and offer so much variety and the chai is also excellent. The halloumi sandwich is also very highly recommended. The crockery is extremely beautiful and nice to eat and drink off. My only would-be-better-if is if Madelina opened later for breakfasts as I would happily eat that all day! Staff are always super friendly and kind.
Not a bad word to say about my favourite brunch cafe and now wine bar in South London. This has been my go to spot for brunch and coffee for the last two years, I highly recommend the chorizo focaccia, among other delicious options. It is cosy, relaxed, and the staff are always so lovely, polite, and always keen for a conversation. I was very excited to hear they were opening late on Fridays and Saturdays, as a wine bar. I have now been a few times with my girlfriend, it is a gorgeous date spot, with a great selection of individual wines, tasty cheeses, and always great music which adds to it all! I hugely recommend this fantastic spot to anyone wanting a gorgeous evening, or a lovely start to their day :)
Lovely new wine bar in Brixton. Had a date night with my fiance. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, wine and food was delicious especially hummus with burnt honey crunch Definitely recommend this place.
